Short well maintained trail through the beach area foliage. Plenty of boardwalk views of the inlet. Light traffic on holiday weekend and a most pleasant way to spend a leisurely hour

Easy walk that is family friendly. Wide shell trails around and up to overlook mounds. Boardwalks with outlooks to Longboat Pass (Bay views). Many benches to have a seat and rest as needed. Parking for 15-ish cars. Have info boards in places on boardwalks. Dad, Mom, wife and I have visited many times the past tens years.
