Great run! Nice big path, shaded trees, different terrain, well-marked, potty at the entrance of the trail. I felt safe. It’s always more enjoyable to me being in a preserve rather than running on the road.

Watch out for ticks! My mom had one on her after we left! But a nice long trail!

Soft sand and wide open spaces without shade. Bring bug spray, sunscreen, and extra water when it gets hot. Clearly marked, well traveled, and a good workout.

very well preserved trail, although there were some sandy patches that made running a little complicated but otherwise i would definitely hike it again!

Came during Coronavirus stay at home order and this preserve was open with moderate traffic. I’d call it more of a road than a trail, nice to walk on if you’re in the area but probably not worth making a trip out for. The Bush seems to get burned clear every year so there’s a lack of interesting greenery as well. Ultimately a nice stroll but somewhat uninspiring.

This was our first time here. Trails were good and wide, plenty of shade, and easy to keep track of where we were. The only issue we had was that there were some areas where we were caught off guard by loose sand covered by pine needles. We will definitely be back though.

Family walking was fine. A little warm during the day, but a little earlier mid morning would be perfect. Not a lot of bugs at all.

This trail is great for biking running walking the dogs! It is always well maintained and clear. I even like it on rainy days for the tree coverage

Nice 5+ mile walk on the main trail but no landmarks or interesting sights to note. It was clean and well maintained. The dog liked it

It’s ok for a walk, not super interesting. They need to fix the potholes at the entrance. And many dog walkers leaving poop bags everywhere.

Great trail for hiking and running. Trail is in great condition. Easy to follow and it gets far enough away from traffic that you don’t hear that and just get to hear the sounds of nature. Nice Florida terrain with pine flatwoods and some oak hammocks along the way.

Although this trail was well marked I am reading it low due to the horse flies. They were as big as a quarter and would not stop bothering and biting me my 5 Mile Walk became a 5 mile run that I was not prepared for. Not only weather horseflies but there were plenty of other bugs to go around as well that were bigger than normal. Also there is not very much to see.

Nice flat trail - hikes down a side trail to boat dock on Creek - total 6.24 miles with a hiking backpack on. Almost stepped on a snake - saw it last minute and was able to pull my foot back! Be careful out there!

Nice trail for a leisurely walk or a run. Not a lot of shade and there are quite a bit of bugs so make sure you have some spray! Otherwise, pretty scenic & peaceful.

Nice trail and pretty scenery. Wish there was more shade. Also disappointing that they allow horses on the trail that leave a smelly mess behind.

Nice trail. Some flies dive bombing my face, about 12 throughout. Expect puddles and mud after a rain.

I would recommend this trail to anyone who is maybe on a lunch break and wants to take a relaxing walk in the woods. My husband does this often. I go with my kids frequently. Be cautious in the morning as we stumbled upon several snakes along the trail. The trail isn’t marked but isn’t a long trail.

Well kept trail. Have enjoyed the trails twice now, both times it was a pleasant. If I were to critique one thing; it would be the markings going in or am I going out.

A lot of fun, this time of year no yellow flies. Washed out to water due to hurricane flooding, no access.
