Mostly sunny, not much shade. I probably would have enjoyed it more if I went in the morning instead of afternoon. Trail was well marked.

This trail was just ok. Mostly pine needles with a little sand so easy walking. Scenery was about the same throughout until I got to Johnson’s Pond and not a single bird in site on this early March morning. Thought for sure it would be teaming with wildlife.

Loved it, took the yellow trail, very easy, peaceful. No traffic, someone defaced most all yellow markers with political hatred. Best marked trail I've ever been on. Ample parking. Free. Dog friendly.

I hiked this today with my dacshund, quiet, lovely relaxing walk. Trail goes along one side of the pond, I didn't see any way to walk completely around it. An observation deck overlooks the pond which had water lilies growing, not in bloom yet.

Well marked trail. A short segment is shared with an equestrian trail. Mostly shaded. Overall, a relaxing hike.
