Really beautiful, plenty of shade. Ground is dirt or boardwalk or (mostly) shells on dirt. Open during covid19. (Though there is a sign that says closed, but there’s place to park so I think just the tortoise preserve is closed.)

Great walk! A little noisy with shell trail on 1/2, but wonderfully shaded. Gopher Tortoise preserve area, Butterfly garden, Beehive, and Bat House. Also, you can walk towards the back and enter another trail. We did a total of 4 miles. Nice places to stop along river. Has a place to put in a kayak. Nice benches along the way to stop and enjoy the scenery.

Nice easy trail. Lots of shade as you walk along the river. Great for dogs. Some of the path is shells that can be tough on paws.

Great short walk close to home. There is a nature preserve where they have bats and gopher tortoises. At the end of the leg that puts you out by the highway there are some homeless people squaring. Easy walk

I walked this trail with my family on a Thursday morning around 8:30am. Although many reviews spoke of the noisy interstate, I personally could not hear any car noises over the sound of bugs and wildlife. The trail was completely empty and isolated, which was nice. All in the shade which was very appreciated. The trail was relatively short and included only a few stairs and some views of a river and a kayak launch. The trail was mostly dirt and sometimes shells, with a little wood. However, we were constantly surrounded by bugs and I came back with a few bites. The trail was also a bit overgrown with us pushing back a few ferns here and there. Overall a beautiful, short trail immersing you in nature. Would recommend.

Nice Trail. A little too loud from the proximity to the interstate.

Cool place, lots of lush trees. Downside, I-75 noise kills any nature sounds.

easy trail, found the traffic noise from I-75 distracting. Would come back with a fishing rod next time.
