This is one of the better 10 mile loops in the Little Big Econ State Forest. It takes you through several different habitats and has a fair amount of shade. A small portion of this hike is in the Geneva Wilderness Area.

Very enjoyable hike along the Little Econ River, much of which is fully or mostly shaded. Alligators, turtles, water birds all easy to spot.

Very pretty hike through the Little Big Econ SF, spending a good deal of time along the river, but also venturing north into the Geneva Wilderness area and coming back via the Flagler Trail and white-blazed trail.
