Walk around a pond on mowed grass. Most of the views are blocked by trees, but the few breaks with views are nice. There is also a cool social trail to a hurricane damage zone which I liked a lot and bumped this up to 4 stars for me

Quiet, short walk around a pond. Cant see the pond most of the way around. Supposed to be good for nesting birds and hawks, but we only saw a few ducks.

It’s a short nice little experience. Most of the trail you can’t really see the pond until you get to a particular area where you can see more of the wildlife in the water. Good signs with info though.

HikingGreat!

Wide trail on freshly cut grass around a pond. I was the only one doing it and it felt eerily quiet. Watch your step, I noticed one snake on the ground curiously watching me a couple of feet away which I could have easily stepped on.

Went at 7:30 am but saw almost no wildlife, just a couple of lone ducks. I expected a lot more activity around this pond.

An easy half mile with an interesting take on lakes, as the pink coloring defies laws of nature. I tried to looking it up & I still don’t know why it’s pink, but you should try to find that out! Fascinating though, and beautiful to look at.

A nice short walk around the pond. Wading birds typically hang out here and nest in late winter. The path is elevated, well mown grass making it easy to traverse in all seasons.

Went in late February at dusk. Saw spoonbills and a stork. Only place we really encountered mosquitos. Pretty walk.

Small trail around Eco Pond. If you like bird watching this is a great little trail to take at the southern tip of Florida.

Nice short trail around a pond at the very southern end of the Everglades. This is a good spot to see wildlife. Just be prepared for the mosquitoes for most months out of the year.
