Canoe/Camping trip along the Blackwater River. This is one of Florida's most promoted canoe trails. It runs down the Blackwater River from Kennedy Bridge Road just SE of Hurricane Lake to the Blackwater River State Park, which is on Deaton Bridge Road (just north of US 90 in Harold, FL). The entire trip is 31 miles long, but there are several access points along the way to shorten the trip. You can do this trip over two days while camping at some of the many sandbars along the river.
