Nice walk for this part of Florida- quiet sandy path around the outside of pine woods. Looks like a recent controlled burn in the forest - all black and slightly smoky smell. Was about 3 miles total, took us an hour. Nice to get off pavement and away from malls!

Flat with planted Long Pines on the center and forest on the outside of loop. Path spur was blocked by water.

A nice August, Saturday morning walk in the woods. The trail was well maintained but grassy. Not a single tick. Saw a hawk and lots of deer tracks (horses too). First car in the lot, saw no one else on the trail and no cars when we got back. Pleasant trail close to home, will be back to do this more often.
