FYI!!!!!! as of 3/15/2020, the trail is closed to all traffic. The sign says do not enter! Only giving it a 1 because I had to put something as the rating.

There are signs posted everywhere that for this trail you must have a helmet. If you don’t people will scream at you while you are riding to get one. Overall this is mostly an all bike trail. What an adventure this trail was. It was challenging and had different trails for different skill levels. This trail requires a durable bike even though you can still get through the trails you won’t be able to do the different bike trails because they are dangerous without a durable bike or helmet. The scenery was beautiful. We actually saw three alligators, turtles and beautiful birds. The alligators won’t bother you as long as you don’t bother them. We even watched the people with helmets get really hurt on some of the challenging trails. I know a helmet is important but it still won’t stop you from getting hurt. If you are unsure of your skills as a bike rider just stay on the main pathways. It was so much fun. My family and I really enjoyed it. I have two children 15 and 12 and they both said it was challenging yet fun. We are definitely going back with helmets on this time.

HikingNo shade

I’m not very active so this was a little tough. I walked, there are many bikes, do not go on single track trails on foot. My old pup and I enjoyed it a lot. Getting to the actual trail is a drag though, very long walk with noooooo shade.

We decided to try hiking all of the trails near us. This was our first one. It was ok, wanted more of a terrain. The walking trails are big and it has plenty of signs so you won’t get lost, just not much to see. There was also plenty of cover/shade. We will definitely be back for mountain biking- because that looked like fun!

My absolute favorite place to ride in Central Florida. Ridgeline trail is an absolute blast and worth the visit to this trail system on its own. The new parking lot is awesome too, and let's you get into the trails much quicker than the previous trailhead.

Great scenic trails. However, I thought the beginner trails were a bit too narrow in parts. Additionally, the sandy path to get to the trails can be a hazard if you're not paying attention. Definitely enjoyed the paths toward the back more. Very well maintained and I highly recommend for riders of all skill levels. A good place to build confidence.

This is a good place for trail running, etc., but Balm Boyette Park is best for mountain biking. The single-track trails are for bike use only. There are maps posted all over the place, so it's hard to get lost. Be sure to bring plenty of water!
