I've done this trail a couple times. It varies between paved and gravel (a small portion is sidewalk along a road). There are some small hills. In my opinion, it's worth doing, but is nothing spectacular.

The trail is mostly paved and passes through both open and wooded areas. There are two short sections in Alapocas Woods and on the Chauffiel Tract that are gravel, and there is another short section between Rockwood and Blue Ball that uses the Talley Road. The trail is easily accessible from Bellevue, Blue Ball and Alapocas Woods State Parks, or from Rockwood County Park.
