More of a walking trail than a hike. Like previous reviewers have noted, the trail meanders through backyards. Nothing exciting, nothing to write home about.

The trail was ok. A little too crowded for my tastes. Also was strange. You practically walked through backyards. Need more nature and less houses.

It's really good for riding MTB if you don't want to do an actual MTB trail with jumps. You can go really fast without pedaling much. I almost fell of only once.

Well maintained trail considering the community doesn't adhere to the dogs on leash laws, or the clean up after your dog policy, or the carry in-carry out trash policy (I've seen worse though). The county employees do their best! Be aware that schools use the trail a lot during cross country and track season right after school (2:30-4:30 PM) so there is a lot of traffic during those times.
