very adventurous!!! super nice trails, marked everywhere. there are so many small trails you can take like a detour and later connect to the large road (like we did).

this is a nice hike! just be aware that with this loop, you have to go off the all trails route to see the lookout, which is worth it!

Very nice trail, but in the future I will stay on the white trail (carriage path) and avoid the pink trail. The pink is nice but steep in places and it is very slippery in the fall with the leaves and rocks.

Great day for a hike and a beautiful one! We started this from the Case pond lot and it was very cool going by the old lodge. My dog loved swimming in the pond. :) Highly recommend as an easy trail for families and families with dogs.

So that you don’t have to look at the AllTrails app the whole time you’re on the hike basically this is the carriage road that you were going to be following. There are lots of cross trails that are shown on the map but as long as you stay on the carriage Road that will get you where you want to go.

Entrance by the main parking lot starts out with a straight incline. You could also start across the street from the parking lot on the hill (starting at the top of the bridge over the waterfall), which would have been less steep to start off.

HikingGreat!

Parking at both Spring street and Case Pond. This trail is a well traveled 3 mile ish trail. you hike/ride up to lookout MTN (about 744ft). this is a steep climb in area but very doable. The views at the top show all the way to Hartford. coming back down you will see the lodge and views of the damn.

Nice trail but this does not go to the summit. After I finished this loop I went back up on the white blazes to the summit.

Good trail. Lots of intersecting trails made it confusing for a newbie at times. It must be heavily trafficked during peak times because there was a bit of garbage. Beautiful view at the summit with benches to take it all in and catch your breath!
