HikingGreat!

Lush trail. Green everywhere. When we went, conditions are good - no mud and no bugs. Well marked by blue blaze. Trail is well maintained. Shaded all the way. Up and down - only small amounts but make it more fun and challenging for the 4 yo. No view or any point of interest along the loop. All in all an enjoyable, easy walk in the forest.

I love this trail! Easy to navigate local trail. Nice newly built wooden walkways over 3 muddy notoriously wet areas. Very relaxing and always quiet. Frogs, deer, and woodpeckers. Occasionally buggy depending on the weather. Some inclines, nothing too hard. Great 2 mile loop. Impossible to get lost, almost overmarked! Enjoy!

Great trail! Saw a snapping turtle, a deer, a frog, some butterflies, and lots of birds. It just rained yesterday so some areas were a little muddy, rocky portions were slippery (be careful!). Encountered one group of hikers and they kept their distance respectfully- as did we. Recommended, though I wouldn’t recommend for children, some bits can get steep. Hot and humid today so bugs were out in full force.

Nice, easy, clear trail to walk. Well marked trees and mile markers along the way. My 6 year old enjoyed it.

This is a great trail! The path is clearly marked with blue paint on the trees and the trail is well worn. There are pretty little vernal pools, almost no traffic noise, and you feel immersed in nature. There are *not* a lot of off-shoot trails, but the main trail is a nice 2-mile loop. We went about 2 days after it rained, and it was muddy in some spots but not too bad - sneakers were good. I’d definitely go back.

WOW!!! What a truly beautiful little trail. The only negative is that it was too short!! I loved it so much. There are some truly ethereal moments on this trail, beautiful water features, and a good amount of up and down to make things interesting. It also seems great for bird watching; I don't know that much about birds but I saw one beautiful bird that I know is not super commonly found in your average yard. Well-marked and great trail.

Nice trail. Well maintained. Little muddy in spots due to last nights rain. Good 2mi saunter.

Pretty, good loop and it’s marked well. Would need boots it’s very very muddy. The trail itself is pretty smooth.

One of my favorites. This trail has all you would expect for a good short hike. Some cool points of interest along with a few beautiful views. Well marked and easy to follow with a few moderate parts. Some minor wet areas to navigate, but that makes it fun. You will not regret this hike.

I enjoyed this trail with my pup. It's pretty and well marked. I agree with others that it is closer to a moderate rating than easy, because there are some decent inclines and declines. After the 1 mile marker, there are 3 brooks to cross that you cannot really avoid, so we got a little wet and muddy. Definitely will be back!

No difficult. When it’s muddy it’s a bit of a pain to leave the trail or navigate the logs. Peaceful and a little elevation change.

Great little trail but I agree with another who posted this wasn’t really an “easy” trail. I was expecting kinda flat and there were several inclines, not crazy steep but a little more difficult than I wanted for my senior pup. But I’d def go back without her next time

Cute, very easy two mile loop trail through the woods with a surprising "scenic overlook" spot on the toward the southwest end of the loop.
