Former orchard bequeathed to town of Southington for residents and visitors. Wooded areas and some wetlands, with a decent view now and then.

This place was awful, no places to stop and rest, no trail markers and a lot of split trails. It's easy to get lost here. There's not really a sense of direction. We ended up on the golf course, exhausted and confused.

a nice short hike, I loved when it became forested and lots of squirrels were having a fur-fest

It was fine. Very muddy, rutted vehicle tracks on much of the trail, and almost zero trail markings.
