Sleeping Giant Head White Trail is a 5.4 mile moderately trafficked out and back trail located near Hamden, Connecticut that features beautiful wild flowers and is rated as moderate. The trail offers a number of activity options and is best used from March until October. Dogs are also able to use this trail but must be kept on leash.

A little less challenging than the SG blue trail, but still a fairly strenuous and scenic hike. There are a decent amount of uphill rock climbs and being an O&B could be dangerous on your way back. There are a few intersections along the way and one at the very end of the first stop before you turn back so you can catch an easier trail (Orange I believe) on the way back. Overall a solid hike with some beautiful views!
