A nice hike for the family with a couple of nice views along the way. The trail is marked very well along the way. I brought my 8,5,3 year old daughters with me and we had no issues with the exception of holding a hand from now and then. The trail is pretty flat most of the time with a couple very easy uphill sections. At the halfway point (the hard left that basically parallels the main blue trail) it’s worth side tracking to the yellow trail to check out the ruins.

The yellow trail is really unkept so beware if you go that way

Mostly flat. Easy walk. Great views

This trail has a lot of potential but is very poorly marked. In one straightaway you'll see a marker for the blue trail and then all of the sudden it's white or yellow. Very confusing. At one point I went down the white trail and it just dead ends in a pricker bush so I had to turn around. Overall, it was a neat walk with my dog and the ruins and graffiti were definitely worth it!

loved this trail, very quiet and not many people

It's a pretty easy hike, with pretty limited verticality. But it's very peaceful, and there are still some good views and interesting landmarks along the way. Be sure to snap a picture of the trail map at the entrance if you can; it helped us a lot, as the trails are marked pretty well, but the transitions between them aren't always.

Beautiful and easy trail for a quite Sunday evening

It was a good hike, and not far from home just wish it was longer and tougher... I would go again but only if I did not want to drive to far to go for a hike...

A little confusing (we ended up going uphill both ways) but absolutely beautiful

It was a really interesting hike! It really felt like you were out in the wilderness. The only complaint I have is that it can be confusing when you're on the blue trail and come to a "T" where both directions are labeled blue as well. I didn't know which way to go to get back to the parking lot, and ended up going the wrong way at first. Thank goodness for GPS and compass!

Nice easy trail. Was a bit confusing at first because part of the trail goes through a residential area.

Nice spot to walk, some uphill nature trails, but I really like seeing the graffiti and structures.

i like the trails but the map showed it as a loop. when i followed the blue trail it lead straight into someones back yard. i looked for a while but couldnt find where it loops around. anyway aside from that there were glacier rocks on the yellow trail (my favorite part) and cement structures with some nice grafiti. There is a nice vista view early on. as a side note, it was quite buggy when i went in late June.
