great hike for cardio. Watch out for flying discs though as the parks also used for Frisbee golf.

This trail should be by no means labeled as moderate. There is one short, steep hill and that is it. Definitely an “easy” rating. It’s a pretty little loop along a river and around two ponds. Nice and woodsy. Stay away on hot days as the area near the river is overrun with people. Don’t expect a lot of tranquility here as it is a public park. Good hike for families.

Pros - nice brook and boardwalk over wetlands where you could see turtles, frogs and orioles. Cons - too close to civilization and too crowded.

This is a nice place to ride either along park on path... the mountain bike path is very small and new so one must be careful if new to riding off roads... I did find it fun being my first real mountain bike path..

This is a great place for a walk. There is one small hill- should not be rated moderate! It’s a scenic but easy walk. Good bird watching.
