Beautiful trail especially down by the river, saw some deer and a blue heron. Everything was very well marked as well which was great!

Nice trail. Well marked. Only a few people. Does anyone know the story behind Mike’s bench?

Beautiful varied trail with leaves in that impossible bright green of early spring. River was pretty high. Passed no one on this 80 degree sunny Saturday in May. Don’t come here for a perfect hike with your dog! We like it empty.

What a gem! A nicely maintained narrow trail takes you along rolling hills through the forest and down to the river. The trail along the river was a bit muddy in places and I imagine that when the water is running high, parts of it would be impassable. Lots of stone walls and wildflowers provide nice accents to the scenery. One of my favorite local hikes so far!

Excellent short hike for all ages and abilities. Lots of nature and wildlife. A good stream for wading in or playing halfway through. Wear bug/tick repellant.

nice little out and back, could be a better loop with some revisions to the paths but it's a good hike with some nice views!

Made a second attempt at this trail as it was overgrown before in the summer. This time it was recently maintained and made the hike a lot more pleasant. It's peaceful, scenic and paths clearly marked. Would recommend for a fall, afternoon hike. Be wary of poison ivy during the summer months. I got quite a bit on my arms during my first attempt.

nice trail for a warm day and dry weather. it looked like there could be lots of wet areas after a rain. it's a good workout with the ups and downs, but could be a nice walk at your own pace also. well marked.

Nice views, narrow path, some rocks. Trail markings faint in some areas. There were a lot of overgrown parts on white trail with thorny bushes that were interesting to maneuver through (don't wear shorts).

Nice hike. We only went to the overlook and back but it was a good little workout. The trails themselves were very evident, even if there were no blazes. The blazes were a bit faded, but no worse than most others on other trails. Lots of directional signs too pointing you to landmarks. Overlook was nice, we ran into a bunch of hawks nesting. Would be a great trail in the fall.

White blaze needs repaint. Smaller trails not well marked.
