Great for trail running!

This trail is a flat, easy stroll through hay fields and along the river. It's great for an easy walk or for running.

Beautiful place for a long walk! The trail follows the Housatonic River and stays flat for about 7 miles and then you can pick up more challenging hill hiking through the woods. Will definitely come back again.
