I quite enjoyed this one. The trail is well marked and easy to follow, particularly going up. There is a steady ascent for the first 2/3 of it or so, then it gets steeper but it’s not bad. The view from the top, looking towards Hartford is nice. I would definitely do this one again.

Nice hike and great view, can see Hartford in the distance from the lookout. Couple big rock formations to scramble over which breaks up the hike and makes it fun.

A fun trail that I would consider on the easier side of moderate. It starts out as a nice even path through the woods with a couple of short inclines to get your heart rate up. The real fun comes when you reach the rock scrambles , that aren’t too technical. At the top there’s a nice open area to enjoy the view and plenty of space to social distance. On our way back down, we took some time to do some bouldering. There were many people enjoying the trail today but were keeping their distance from others.

Great trail amazing view from the top but defiantly be ready to scramble over rocks. We also had trouble finding the summit but eventually figured it out. Definitely not an easy climb that’s for sure.

It was a great trail! First time on it and highly recommend although I’d consider this more moderate than easy but great for outdoor exercise!
