Very easy trail. All paved. Good for strollers, young kids and dogs. There's a great dog park off this trail.

This is a nice easygoing paved path. We really enjoyed the river running alongside with birdwatching, wildflowers. The treatment plant odor, which is a turn off, only lasts for about 1/10th of a mile, as someone else noted.

Our walk was cut very short. We turned around after 100 yards because there were a lot of homeless people hanging around the path. They do need a place to go but we didn't feel safe.

I run this trail every week. Its 2 miles down to the end from behind the ball fields. It's even and paved. The dog park is a little over a mile into it. Easy to do and pretty. Don't park down town, take the 1st right across from Friendly Spirits marked a Canoe Launch. Don't be afraid of the treatment plant. If there is a smell, it will be gone before you even hit a tenth of a mile.
