Red trail was well marked until the last half mile. I’m all for backwoods hiking, but someone has to clear this shit out.

Followed the red trail for the loop and it was really nice until the trail ran out near the end or was just too over grown to navigate. Not sure - but the red markers just sort of stopped by the cemetery.

not bad. couple good hills, pretty meadow but you lose the trail in last .5 miles - easy to navigate to start.

Go all the way to end of park and look for the pavilion. You can enter trail up from the pavilion.

Lots of poison ivy, so be careful. Trails are not very well marked in places, but it's hard to get lost. Good hike over all.

Nice State Park. I took a few extra trails today. The trails can use some better maintenance. Trail blazes and some areas were overgrown. Nothing difficult here, fairly easy trail.

I did the red trail starting from the pond. About quarter mile in there were no markers for the trail and there’s a big boulder. I had to figure out how to get around that Boulder. Once I did the trail picks up again and they were clearly marked from that point on. Very rocky. And muddy at times. Overall I found it challenging but not overwhelming.

Beautiful spot highly recommended. We started from the trail a few times but all’s well that ends well!

Beware the markers, I cut my hike in half by missing the continuation. Still very peaceful, lots of good hiking sticks to find.

Made a counter-clockwise loop starting on the red trail at the pond. On the other side I decided to go up yellow before getting back on the red trail. I lost the red trail markers to head back to the pond. Wound up on the road to walk back to the parking lot.
