Awesome place. We did some wandering around- the reviews are right that nothing is marked, which is why I used the recorder right off the bat. I’d give it five stars if trails were marked. Really nice overall.

A nice place to get lost for several hours a day. I prefer the trail up to the sheep bath to the loop trail. But it’s all rather nice. Dense woods with a lot of shade. And I very rarely encounter other people.

This is a new trail system for me and a little confusing as there are lots of trails but all are unmarked. Using the all trails app made it super easy to follow but otherwise we would have gotten turned around. It’s a great place for a trail run, hike, or mountain bike ride though. I’m excited to have found it. Not crowded at all (saw 4 people in an hour and a half). The only concern for dogs is there was no water so be prepared to bring extra in a hot day.

Objectively, a nice, mostly flat trail through thick woods. Some places were a bit rugged with rocks and tree limbs. Pretty. That being said, it is a twisty wind-y trail that absolutely destroys any sense of direction. I would have gotten lost several times had I not been recording on my alltrails app. Perhaps because of that, and not to sound spacey, but these woods felt hostile and unwelcoming. I'll not hike this trail alone again.

Another easy walk with the kids. Pretty humid today and the dense woods don’t allow for much breeze. Beautiful walk by an ancient Red Oak. Easily 200 y/o.

Beautiful labyrinth of trails. You can come back a few times and choose different routes. Stone walls from the old farming days deep in the woods. Will be muddy if there is any recent rain.

Great, but no markers. I got a bit confused as my GPS was having a hard time. I will go back as it was a wonderful hike. Wish there were markers....

As another reviewer stated, there are no trail blazes and there is a maze of trails. Download or print the Alltrails Map and use the GPS and you will have no problems. These trails are great for someone that wants an easy hike. There is very little elevation to deal with and plenty of beautiful woods. This place is really a paradise for mountain bikers. The many winding trails are well suited for this hobby as well as for hiking. A couple of very polite youngsters demonstrated their biking skills by jumping their bikes over one of the natural ramps.

Beautiful hiking trails - not well marked at all and I got a little turned around, but plenty of cell reception so I used the GPS map from this site to figure out where I was. Would be nice if there were some blazes for all the different routes.

Lots of mosquitos on the way back, and some very persistent horseflies. Some mud at start and intermittently throughout. Trail isn’t very well marked but pretty easy to navagate.

Nice trail however there’s no trail markers. Had to use AllTrails app quite a bit to make sure we were going the right way. There were a few muddy spots but overall it was a good hike.

July 2018. Very buggy. overgrown Trails with lots of trees and branches down, definitely not marked as previous reviewers have mentioned. however, it is pretty and quiet here.
