Trail Update: Hiked this 2/16/2019 (going clockwise around the loop). Caution - the section in the woods going in from Lee Rd and returning to Lee Rd near Breakneck Hill is temporarily closed for logging operations. (It's the curve to the inside about half way up on the map. Also looks like the mouth of the old guy with a beard :)). You can take Lee Road west, then north to rejoin the Nehantic Trail by the abandoned farm house. The left bump westward (nose part) follows the Nehantic Trail out to Breakneck Hill Road. It is overgrown during the summer. You can stay on Lee Road out to Breakneck Hill Road and cut off about 1/2 a mile. The section between Breakneck Hill Road and Trail 1 Road has a stream running through it in a small section right near Trail 1 Road - you can get around with a small detour off trail. With the tall grass, wet spots, vegetation, I recommend doing this loop from late fall through early spring.
