The trail is primarily used for hiking and running and is accessible year-round. Dogs are also able to use this trail but must be kept on leash.
Great range of conditions. The hardest points are at the beginning and end with elevation gain. Started early so the hublein side wasn't busy to start but the mdc reservoir had more people than I'd prefer and the hublein trail was busy when returning for the end of the loop. Some parts of the trail are pretty wet.
A nice trail, although it appears as if the parking would fill up on the weekends. The blazed trail between the lake and the tower is nice for solitude, but the ends of the trail are pretty busy. beautiful scenery and generally gentle climb. easy/moderate. just a nice hike on a fall morning :)
It was great!! Beautiful day! Reward at the top with the beautiful view!
