Hartford View Trail is a 5.8 mile moderately trafficked out and back trail located near Meriden, Connecticut that features beautiful wild flowers and is rated as moderate. The trail is primarily used for hiking, walking, nature trips, and birding and is best used from March until October. Dogs are also able to use this trail but must be kept on leash.

Please note that Hubbard Park has an extensive trail system with various color blazes. There are multiple trails to take to reach the destinations along this route. There are many variations to take to shorten or lengthen your hike.

Nice hike once you cross the highway and get away from the sounds of the cars. Some steep rocky inclines but worth it for the views at the top. I plan on going back in the fall.
