Seams really nice but with the sometimes deep snow was a little difficult since I lazily hadn't done anything like this during Covid.

Beautiful lake and planked walkways. Muddy. Trails are marked but different than what’s shown on the map. Follow the pathways.

Most of the time I couldn’t figure out what the trail was Bc it didn’t seem to be where it thought it was. This starts out on the road-WHY would I want to walk .5 of a mile down a busy curvy road?! I love this park minus the bugs that swarm your face but this trail route is terrible.

Most of the trails here are open Monday to Friday now. Not very many people and some beautiful trails. The lake trails was lovely with plenty places to sit and relax. The only trail I got confused on was the dogwood lane when it switched to the hillside trail. I saw the sign post and figured I just had to walk straight, but ended up going through a swampy patch. I think I missed a turn there. Lovely place! Can’t wait to go back.

Beautiful nature preserve. Hikes aren’t too strenuous. The trail map I was given wasn’t really a trail map so I had to explore for about a half an hour before I found the real trails (lots of smaller trails for kids right behind the center). Once I did, I was very pleased with the scenery and the level of difficulty.

Easy walk, various loops leading around the grounds, from lake to forest to field. overall, rather quiet with almost no people on the trail at all (went at 2pm on a Saturday). $6 per adult at the time of writing this.

First to Review

Trail goes through several areas-woods, open areas, swap streams. Trails very well marked. Its free to Audubon members, 3/5 for others. There is a trail map on the about us section of the website with directions.
