Beautiful trail to walk. Like others have mentioned, it gets steep in parts but it’s not bad at all. Lots of options for trails to take. Overall a great park and a great way to enjoy the outdoors!

Great trail! Beware of dogs! not a park for people with dog fears. there is much confusion about where dogs can be on or off leash, All Trails says must be on a leash, but Norwalk websites and local groups have vague rules. If your dog jumps on people, please keep it on a leash! http://www.friendsofcranburypark.org/?page_id=414 The blue trail blazes at the beginning of the blue trail and the end of the ADA are purple, which was confusing, and I found myself on a yellow trail loop that wasn't outlined on the map. Overall a nice trail for an afternoon walk

I'm here every day! Our street actually dead ends at the park! Lucky me! Dogs are allowed off leash everywhere except the open field near the mansion and the playground. They have a great time! Some trails are flat, others somewhat steep. Note: there are more than one trail...all marked pretty clearly. All make for a beautiful walk/easy hike in the park. Also, depending upon the season, great for foraging mushrooms! Check out the weeping beech! Go inside...it's magical!

Awesome spot, dogs are actually legally allowed off-leash on all trails so if that’s not cool with you, I wouldn’t recommend.

It’s very child safe

Easy and beautiful trail if you go deep enough into the woods. This is more of a walk then a hike. Unfortunately there are a lot of irresponsible dog owners who do not keep their dogs on a leash.

Good park to trail run with the dogs. There’s always a ton of dogs off leash here, it’s especially beautiful in the fall and winter after it snows. In the summer (May-Oct) they charge $5 for non resident to park at the park and $1.25 for residents. Always tons of frisbee golfers when it’s nice out. Overall a really nice park.

Good, but lots of dogs and no one keeps them on a leash. Fun, quick trail with lots of options.

Pretty walking trail. But not everyone picks up after their dogs.

Great trail run. 3 loops a blue, green and yellow. Dogs are off leash. Be careful to avoid frisbee golfers.

Super easy "hiking," more of a walk in the woods. Very dog-friendly - there's a dog park frequented by regulars, and it's a fun place to meet other dog lovers. Quick, easy loops - you can't get lost.
