The recording of this trail is not accurate. We parked where it said to and there was no trail between parking lot and road. The other side of the parking lot was water. The description says it is used for canoeing and kayaking. Therefore, should be clearly stated that THIS IS NOT A HIKING TRAIL and the description should not say "trail".

Nice smallmouth population. The water can get choppy, and was lowered by the ACE, which maintains the dam and area. Great place for a paddle.
