This is a beautiful ravine with a couple small falls and some nice rock faces. Keep in mind that the main trail runs along either side at the top of the ravine. This means that you are not in the ravine itself and miss some of its drama. I prefer walking up to Ayers Road Just east of the parking area and take Ayers Road about 100 yards to where the old trailhead and the brook can be seen on the left. I then hike up the ravine on a much more challenging 'trail' that keeps closer to the stream. It can be rough but it is beautiful. Eventually you will come to the upper falls where the main trail crosses the brook. You can then follow the main trail either way to get back to the parking area.
