I grew up in Ansonia so this is my go to set of hiking trails. I like that there are several trails, so even smaller children can walk some of the options. The trails are well marked and cleared of fallen trees and overgrowth by the park rangers pretty often. Guided hikes are also offered weekly, as well as monthly full moon hikes.
