Ute Pass Trail is a 4 mile lightly trafficked out and back trail located near Parshall, Colorado that features a great forest setting and is rated as moderate. The trail is primarily used for hiking and is best used from May until September.
Directions from Silverthorne: Drive 12 miles north Highway 9 to the Ute Pass Road. Follow this road to the large parking area just west of the cattle guard at the top of the pass. The trail heads southerly across a small open park. If unable to locate the trial follow the steel fence post markers. Leave the gate locked due to cattle grazing in the area.
