This is an amazing trail, filled with sweet rideable (mostly) lines, amazing views and simple desert beauty. The climb up Tabeguache is 99% rideable, Lunch Line is a technical but doable climb and Free Lunch is a child-like smile inducing technical descent rated black/double black diamond. Ride!

Hot one today. 98 degrees at 3 pm!!! Still a great trail with tons of variety.

Don’t pay attention to the hard rating for this if you are hiking. It would definitely be hard on a bike, but for hiking it’s in the easy/moderate range. Easily done by myself and my wife and we’re causal hikers at best. Great views of the surrounding area!

Took tabeguache to moto to ravens ridge to kurts lane and back. Qualify this as easy. Found a trail I can run on the weekends. Some great views. Trail is well marked...used the app once for directions.

Great trail. Dont let the 2.8 mi deceive you, it's a long one, probably took 2 hrs, had to walk the bike a lot. Trail is pretty well marked, just use context clues when you're unsure. Great views and so quiet.

This is rated as hard but I hike this one almost every week...with a 10 month old on my back and a lab attached to my waist. I would rate this one moderate. It's great for a quick hike (40 mins) or a longer one (80-90mins), trail run, or whatever that isn't too far out of town but feels like the middle of nowhere. It's my "go-to" for basic hikes.

High desert, single track dirt multiple trails with good maps. All interconnected trails. Moderate to difficult. Can hike/bike short to long distances. Bring water as this is a very dry area. Close to town with good parking on Monument Road staging area. Very hot in summer so start early to mid morning. Close to 5000' elevation so use sun screen. Enjoy.

Many trails to choose from. I rate it as easy though compared to hiking Mt. Garfield.

I'm an intermediate mountain rider and the trail was well rated (hard); I walked more than I rode because it was very technical... But the view is so nice.

Super fun! Run this almost everyday ! Make sure you get there early , it does tend to get pretty hot around 8ish 9ish . There are also many trails to hike on ! So you're not just stuck with one. Have fun!
