There is a blockade prohibiting you from completing the loop, still a great trail!

Beautiful but had some trees down from recent storm and the bridge was removed so you can’t go around the pond.

Nice easy trail for young children. Note that trail around the pond is closed, but you can access a smaller pond by the picnic area.

Too bad we couldnt take the walk around the water, though the hike was beautiful along the river and got to wet our feet in the icy cool water.

Not a super pretty hike. my husband and I hiked it after we arrived in town before dinner. It was a good time killer.

Great easy short little walk up to the lake and dog friendly area. Very green and a few wild flowers. Great for families.

HikingBridge out

On 6/28 there was a stream going so fast I didn’t feel comfortable crossing it get to a bridge & make the full loop around the lake, but my friend was able to do so. Pretty views. Saw moose tracks. Went up on the biking trail at 7:30pm when few hikers were left and eventually saw a deer. Pretty stream running along parts of the hike; was flowing quite strongly. Incredibly easy/short walk.

Accidentally went right to this rather then the spring creek trail, nice loop though 10/10 would make wrong turn again

Yak Traks were fine for right now. (2/17/18) we only went about a mile in then turned back but it was pretty! Lots of snow right now. Also a lot of dogs which I love but some people might not.
