This trail was a workout for sure. (For an intermediate hiker) Beautiful views and well maintained. You have too share with runners and mountain bikers, but everyone is very respectful and friendly. Parking lot fills up fast. Remember there is a fee to enter if your dont have a Larimer County annual pass.

This hike was alright. Good winter hike because it wasn’t snow packed, just a little icy in a few places. Not very challenging, but good views from the top. Plenty of parking, but you do have to get a day pass, which cost me 9 dollars. Make a day out of it if you go, there are multiple trails in the area.
