Siena Reservoir Trail is a 1.2 mile lightly trafficked loop trail located near Broomfield, Colorado that features a lake and is good for all skill levels. The trail is primarily used for hiking, trail running, and mountain biking and is best used from March until November. Dogs are also able to use this trail but must be kept on leash.
There is a trailhead at Siena Reservoir so that no surface road riding is necessary. There's no shade on the trail, but lots of picnic sites with shaded tables for resting.
it was pretty cold today. 33 degrees. The pond was frozen but there were still a few of us getting a walk in before the playoffs started . It's a clean, convenient little Park when you want something close to home.
Still snow covered on half the loop around the lake but was easy to complete in just running shoes.
Beautiful, simple, leisurely stroll on a beautiful December day. Can’t ask for a better place to ground and reflect.
for a person like me, with a minor hip issue. it was real nice and real easy. Not bad at all. Would do again.
Dog & kid friendly but not much to look at considering it’s in between two busy streets. Easy place to take a walk.
nathan loved riding his bike on the mini trail. we didnt do the full loop but he had a lot of fun.
Nice lake trail with 2 loops. Relaxing to enjoy the mountain and lake view together.
A nice stroll around the lake if in the area. Heavily trafficked and dog friendly. Lots birds. Pelicans seem to love this place
On the day my two dogs and I visited (4/7/19), there were very few people/dogs here. Even though the park is surrounded by roads and cars, we enjoyed the peaceful walk around the reservoir. Half the trail is paved and the other half is dirt. Several pavilions, trash cans and benches around the park as well as shade. Very clean place.
