LOL, I like how it says this trail is "moderately trafficked". I asked park employees about this trail. It's an old fire road that is no longer used. Because of all the archeological sites in the park, people are only allowed to hike on the designated trails, of which this is not one. So, the Rock Springs trail is closed to the public and you'll get ticketed if you're hiking on it. So, avoid this one and go hiking on one of the other trails.
