Good hike. Creek half is a mud fest 2/24/18

Fantastic, easy winter hike. There's snow packed on the trail next to the creek since there's not much sun there, but it's not icy. Along the rim, there isn't much for shade.

This is my go-to hike if I don't want to drive very far! It's a very easy hike and great for kids! You can climb down to the water right above the water fall and take your shoes off and walk in the water. Also, if you keep going past the waterfall, you get to see the historic damn!

Make sure you bring plenty of water and some snacks is a good idea! Not much shade for about 2 miles so sunscreen may be a good idea as well! Didn't see any rattlesnakes but was warned about them so be cautious and stay on the trail!

nice trail, there were a LOT of rattlesnakes which was a bit unnerving. The area by the waterfall was filthy, people don't have to hike to see it and they were treating it like a waterpark. but the rest of the trail offers amazing views and interesting spots. FYI not a lot of shade on this trail so be prepared for heat if you go mid day.

Great hike with some pretty nice views. We took the Creek Bottom trail back as a loop and it has some pretty nice spots to let our dog get in the water.

I little challenging in steep areas but worth the hike for the views.

Great diversity in terrain, bring lots of water if going on Rim Rock trail. Beautiful scenery, birds and landscape.

Excellent trail! Not a killer hike, but it's a nice length and has enough uphill that you feel like you did something.

great fast trial, a few snakes, and a few turkeys

This was such a great hike! It felt like a nice stroll through the "creek bottom" part of the trail. The "falls" were a little disappointing since they were small and a long way off but then we hit the "rim rock" trail all that was forgotten. It was a bit of an incline with stair steppers up but it's not for very long. Saw one small snake on that part. But once we got to the top, it was beautiful views all the way! I couldn't get enough of going to the edge to look out. Breathtaking!

Awesome hike with the kids and had fun playing in the river

Very nice hike but I would rate this as easy to moderate. We seen blue birds, towees, mule deer and golden eagles. signage is not very good so pay attention to where you parked.

Great views and a satisfying challenge trail. Mix of inclines, mountain terrain, creeks, forest and meadows. Will definitely do it again!

Beautiful scenery and amazing rock-scape around Falls.

Beautiful rock formations. Lots of sun exposure due to lack of leaves on trees - will be much shadier once leaves bloom. I'd rate this trail between easy and moderate (until hiking to top of ridge)..

No snow, ice, or mud. Rocky climb to the op of the rim. Trees are starting to bud and cactus is turning green in areas.

Great winter hike. Steep incline to get the top of ridge and back down again. Snow and slick conditions on they shady portions of the trail.

The views were great, but the trail isn't really marked that great. I probably won't do it again. The trails on the bottom by the river were better.

You have to pay to enter park. Nice hike. Would like to go back and explore more--never saw waterfall!

It cost $7 to park here, but it is well worth it. Beautiful trails.

Fun trail. The switchbacks were harder than I anticipated but maybe I'm just out of shape. :P

Leave yourself plenty of time for his trail. It takes a few hours to get through because it loops into another trail to finish the loop. Great trail and beautiful area. Our dog loved it!

Our first trail in this park. Loved the views.

Neat loop hike with lots of features: running stream, waterfall, cliffs, old historic dam.

Great for kids. Lots of dogs.

Patchy mud along the Creek Bottom trail, but easy enough to navigate without getting messy.

LOTS of poison ivy on the damp, shady parts of the trail (west side of creek). Long pants helpful.

Lots of birds, butterflies, and wildflowers. Bring binoculars!
