Glad I had my poles for some of the loose rock places but it was a nice hike with great views!

This is a quick little trail, really easy to hike. There is a neat little spot identifying where fossils were found. No tree coverage; it's a nice hike to see the sunset or look out over the city lights at night. I would say it's used primarily by nearby residents for their daily or regular quick walk. The incline could get your heart going for a few minutes but pretty much anyone can do this one.

Nice trail with exception of views of the Colorado National Monument and Grand Junction. The trails easily link up to give you easy to moderate hiking, and you can link sections together to make quite a nice hike. My only complaint is the amount of dog feces on the trails. Completely unacceptable people not picking up after their pets

This was a short hike to test out my new hiking shoes. I decided to cut a bit off the final portion of the trail and head back to the car. It was a nice mix of flat and climbing/descending, but nothing too bad. I am always hesitant on downhill hiking, but this was easy enough for me (who likes easy walks!) to do. Nice views of the surrounding town and geology.

This was a short and sweet loop that was awesome for kids and dogs I’d recommend doing it in the morning when it’s cool and doing the loop clockwise so you’re doing most of the steep climb up rather than down... easier that way for kids and knees. And the views were incredible! At the top you get a 360 view of the valley and The Monument... gorgeous

Fun short trail, fun for my older boys who caught lizards. Steep and rocky in some places.

This trail doesn't really look like a hiking trail, but it was an enjoyable afternoon hike. If you want to get out of the house, this is a good trail that is easy to access and not too strenuous.

Excellent interpretive trail! Elmer Riggs and team dug up dinosaur bones in the early 1900s in this location. Pick up a pamphlet at the information kiosk and learn about the geology and dinosaurs found in the area. Great views also!

Short and easy. Nice view over looking the Redlands. No bathrooms. No trash cans at the trailhead. So be prepared to pack up your trash and your dog poops to throw away somewhere else.

Great, short, steep trail. Not good for sleepy toddlers.

More trails than expected. It's not a nature hike, but it is good outdoor hike right in the Redlands.
