Really gorgeous and quite easy, but still a good workout. It’s great if you go in the evening, especially on the night of a concert because there’s no one on the trail and plenty of shade.

loved this trail. peaceful.

Pretty difficult hike for a hot day. The lack of shade makes it pretty exhausting even though it isn’t that long.

Beautiful views. It was a bit difficult for our novice hikers. There was no shade and temps were 97*. I’m sure it would be much more pleasant with cooler temps and more experience.

A little long for my almost 3 year old, but we had fun spotting wild life along the way.

Great begginers hike. Just moved to Colorado and am still getting used to the elevation. It was a good challenge but doesn't kill you! Perfect for out of staters!

Great trail to bring visitors from out of state. They get to see a little bit of a hiking and red rocks experience all in 1 and not suck wind the entire time!! The view never gets old.

Great trail, over heard the band performing at red rocks do a sound check which was cool.

A nice and scenic trail. A little tourist-y, but worth doing at least once.

Close to Denver. A great little trail with the amphitheater as a backdrop.

My go-to hike in the area when I’m looking for something super easy and to just hang around at. The rock formations are fun to climb as well!

Awesome views but it was tough for our three kids (8, 6, and 3). As adults we loved it though.

Great for toddlers and carrying babies (no strollers). Busy on the weekends, but not crazy. Definitely worth the time for a fun family afternoon hike.

One of my favorite easy hikes, usually busy though.

Scenic hike but very short. Visit the amp if you haven’t visited before

This is a great trail for visitors from out of state or for those who want a just a little adventure close to the metro area! It’s easy and short, but some really pretty views along the way. It is usually busy. Plan on visiting the amphitheater and museum, and the Trading Post (with new museum additions)!

Beautiful views from every angle, friendly people on the trail every time we go, great way to get out and be active! Bring your camera and friends too! Dogs love it also.

Lots of people but great easy hike with great views. We were able to carry our 10 month old in a soft carrier without any issues.

It was 65 out and absolutely beautiful. We went during the day and it was very busy. Stunning views! The trail does get thin in places which makes it hard to pass people coming in the opposite direction especially if you have a dog with you. We had a great overall though. We will definitely be back.
