Perfect moderate workout from easy areas to a bit more challenging with long moderate uphill treks, to sand-washes that can grab your tires... so get your speed up in those areas. Some parts were easy with downhill coasts and that also means you have to climb at some point to get back to the parking lot. :) Wonderful weather... would do it again!
