This trail was the best! If was easy going and was the perfect 2 miles. The first mile was down hill and had amazing views. There were so many flowers and all were beautiful. There was even the state flower. It was worth my while. We saw two deer. It’s uphill the second mile which evens it out and it’s easy uphill. We had an AMAZING ranger. Her name was Michelle and she was very friendly and super smart. Overall it was a great experience!

Trail is downhill for 1 mile and uphill for 1 mile. Stay on the wide path that looks like a narrow road until you get to the steps. Trail is easy to follow from there. Beautiful scenery.
