Peltier Lake Trail is a 5.9 mile lightly trafficked out and back trail located near Meeker, Colorado that features a lake and is rated as moderate. The trail is primarily used for hiking, walking, nature trips, and birding and is best used from March until October.
Directions from Meeker: Peltier Lake Trail is located 21 miles east of Meeker. Take State Highway 13 east out of Meeker for one mile; turn right on County Road 8 for 18 miles to the South Fork Road (County Road 10). Turn right for two miles, then jog left 1/4 mile, then right for 8 miles to the Peltier Lake Trail. Parking is available 100 yards up the road past the cattle guard.
