Great hike! Didn’t realize the trail had car access - you might get passed by some Jeeps. Slight scramble the last 400 ft. No snow yet, but cold/windy. Make sure to pack gloves for the summit

HikingGreat!

Awesome views and nice gentle hike that is mostly on road (only on trail at the end) Wonderful fall colors. Easy hiking. Don't try to drive past the start point on the road as there are some really bad spots right after that. Start of the road is weird to find because you pull into a parking lot at the Breck ski area. Do this before the ski starts because the access will be closed.

HikingGreat!

Went out on the trail with the intentions of hitting Peak 10. My wife and I ended up detouring and walked straight up to Peak 9 instead due to time. Plenty of views all around and took us 2 hours round trip (parked my truck at the sign that says road maintenance ends here). Pics will be thrown in as well for your viewing pleasure.

Made it to the weather station Wednesday but had to turn back as getting late. Finally made the peak today. Exhausting hike but so much beautiful scenery.

Trail is easy to follow. Last park near the summit requires going through a little snow at the moment but was pretty easy to get through.

Beautiful trail. Epic views. Easy to follow trail. Hard but not too hard. We are two 50 year old midwesterners and this was our first 13,000 + foot summit. It took us about 6 hours round trip. Got a bit cold and very windy.

This trail is great! We started at 5pm after a rainy afternoon, and only had to hike 30 mins before we were above the tree line, and had great views. If my kids weren't so complainy, and we had an early start, this whole hike would be awesome! Also, we drove carefully up the road in a Kia Sorrento rental car. The car did ok...we drove slowly.

We made it about 2 miles into the peak 10 trail before my youngest decided to get sleepy. I regretfully turned around to head back to Breck before she fell asleep. I was in a full size 4x4 pickup with highway tires. Never had to use 4 wheel drive sadly. I’d rate it 5* if I could’ve seen the rest of the trail.
