Went on Halloween. Palmer trail was pretty slushy but more quiet, once you get to central garden there’s some ice on the side of the path in the shade but manageable. Glad i had boots for the Palmer portion but could do central without.

We did part of this walk last week. The connection between the Palmer trail and the Central Garden trail (crossing the road) does not exist anymore. We were looking for it and asked people who were working on the trail where it was. It is not part of the trail anymore.

This is a beautiful trail. Went in the early morning as the sun came up. About .4 miles you'll be off trail. Use the map to see your way back to the start. There were hikers, trail runners, and fur babies on this trail. Happy trailings...(^_^)
