Fun little trail for a quick in and out. Is a steady incline but one that is easy to do. Wide trails good for dogs. there is some snow ice and mud to be wary of.

beautiful trail that is crazy close to town without feeling like it! only wish it was a little less crowded, i had gone on a weekday and still was met wtih a bunch of congestion in the first mile or so. Can't imagine what a summer hike on the weekends would be like here

Nice trail with decent views and not too crowded. Plenty of friendly dogs walking off leash and well marked trails. The main path branches off in multiple spots so there's plenty of flexibility to plan a customized route.

Easy access for a quick mellow hike. A lot of the trail is pretty smooth making it good for trail running too. Would also be a great hike for kids. From this location there are a lot of options for different loops or connections to the Mesa trail.

An easy, well maintained trail close to boulder. There were very few people hiking today and no mountain biking allowed, which is a nice change. Hiked almost 7.5 miles today. There are many options for distance and scenery depending on which of the many intersecting trails you decide to take. Started at the trailhead by homestead trail.

This is an easy hike. Mostly shaded. Nice wide trail. Leads to Mesa trail. Not much in terms of views but great for a quick hot day jaunt through the woods. Don't think I'd do it again ..

The elevation on this trail makes it more moderate in my opinion. Distance isn't far but it's a steep-ish grade. Beautiful and a great hike all the same.

Nice, short, and refreshing mid day hike with scenic views. Once on the trail, or after you get to the end point, you have the option to merge off onto other trails if you want to extend your hike.
