In all honesty, this hike was a lot harder than I expected, but I believe a lot of that was due to the conditions. It was pretty icy and muddy, so there was a lot of sliding involved. I would definitely recommend a walking stick this time of year. It’s also a bit of a labyrinth up there, so be prepared for some detours. Just follow the tracks, and you’ll eventually get where you’re going though! Lol But even with all of that, I would definitely recommend going, it was absolutely beautiful!

there are some new trails up there, so there are a lot of temporary signs that threw us off. beautiful views tho, and the pup loved it!

Some spots were icy so I would wear appropriate shoes. Still a nice hike. Probably wont last much longer since snow is coming again.

Nice trail with great views. the colors on mushroom rock in the morning are great. can easily expand hike using others trails in this system. most of hike is moderate but as you approach the end of the trail, does require some decent climbing (making "hard" for some in some places)

I used to live in Glenwood and would visit all the time. It’s a beautiful hike and the red rocks are so vibrant.

An easy recommend for someone looking for an accessible trail with a beautiful view. Sticks are pretty much required. Children are def doable.

Beautiful trail! The best part is seeing how small Glenwood springs looks from sitting near the mushroom rock

Beautiful day and wonderful hike. Took our 9 year old with us and he enjoyed scrambling up rocks near the top

Great hike. It was recommended by some locals. It is being fixed in some areas so the signage is a little weird. Beautiful views.

They are in the middle of renovating the trails, so a lot of our route was inaccessible. Great views on the parts we were able to access.
