A lot of choices for trails, great views, very dog friendly. I keep going back.

This trail is so lame. If you want anything resembling a challenge, stay away. Views are average and too heavily trafficked. Find better trails.

A lot of cars in parking lot at trailhead, but very few eople on trails on Sunday afternoon. Dirt with somewhat rocky paths wide enough in most places for friends to walk side by side...lovely fall colors. Constant cardio workout, but not extreme.

More of a nature walk. Great views though

Most of this hike is shaded. Plenty of picnic tables at the parking lot, as well as at the shelter located on Tower Trail.

Great quick hike with the dog, lots of shade. Saw bikes and runners on the trail. Gorgeous mountain views.

My kids, 11 and 9 loved this train. We went to see the castle ruins which was an easy hike. Then we hiked Two-Which was short but had some incline and then we hiked Walters's Dream which you can see the beginning plans for s summer White House in 1914. It was about 5 miles total. Then we went over to see Red Rocks!

I loved this with our kids, ages 8 and under, and for our speed, this is one of my favorite hikes we've found so far! Dirt paths are pretty stroller friendly. Really wide, smooth trail, and gorgeous views. It's a great hiking option for visitors to Colorado who haven't caught up with the altitude. Restrooms are nice and clean. We will definitely be back to check out other loops!

short hike, took us less than 2 hrs to finish 5 miles based on tracking. The last part of the loop is more forestry with streams and waterfall. overall a decent afterwork hike.

Need to follow signs for Tower trail, meadow trail, and castle trail. Walker home ruins were neat.

Scenic hike with great view points and house ruins. Beautiful! Not much of a workout but a really pretty hike nonetheless.

Great hike, on Meadow trail was a lot of snow. Jefferson County has a lot of great trails. We added in Two Dog trail very steep but nice view.
