I hiked to the summit coming from Bierstadt via sawtooth ridge. It's a very commercial peak with nice views of the peaks to the north and south of it.

Did this hike this morning and it was unreal. I wrote a blog about it if you'd like to witness some of the phenomenal views and getter better idea of trail conditions and what equipment you need to make this hike successful.

Scary drive up with lots of tight switchbacks, costs $15, but is truly worth it. Jaw dropping views! And the short scramble at the summit is just enough to make you feel like you earned this fourteener. I would highly recommend checking this out.

June 11th. The sight from the top of Mount Evans is one you will keep forever. what an amazing place.
The drive up is a bit scary, but well worth the view from the top.
The mountain goats posed for a lot of pictures, and the day was perfect.
Don't miss this adventure.

It's only a couple more steps after an adventurous drive but I don't care how people get there; it is just pretty on the top. I also love all the bighorns and mountain goats along the way.

felt pretty cheated when I finally got to Evans. went up bierstat and across the saw tooth to get there. almost turned right around when I saw you can drive to the top. lots of people in expensive ass gear to do a half mile from the parking lot . will not be returning. the sawtooth is where it's at if your looking for an adventure. pic is of sawtooth.

Nice little scramble up rock to the summit of a 14'er in CO, Great way to top off the highest paved road in the USA, views are outstanding, can be busy though. You can almost always see mountain goats up here.
