This trial is much closer to Grand Junction (about 20 minutes) than it is to Gateway (about 1 hour and 30 minutes).

Great little hike with the kids 9, 6 and 4 with wife and the dog. Lots of fun rocks and places to explore.

Good trail! Loved the views. Went when there was some slight rain the forecast, which is dangerous in a canyon, so I wouldn't recommend it. But the views were very beautiful and the trail itself is easy enough for animals and children.
